Pickering Energy Partners Serves as Sell-Side Advisor in ConocoPhillips’ Divestiture of Non-Operated Permian Conventional Assets
HOUSTON, TX – Pickering Energy Partners (PEP) advised ConocoPhillips (COP) on their sale of certain non-operated Permian EOR assets located in Gaines and Yoakum Counties. The sale includes COP’s interests in the Denver Unit, Denver Unit CO₂ Recovery Plant, and South Wasson Unit, which are operated by Occidental.
Pickering Energy Partners served as financial advisor to ConocoPhillips on the transaction.
