Andrew Luong serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Officer of Pickering Energy Partners (PEP) where he is responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, and back-office operations of the firm. He began his career in 2013, with a concentration in the energy industry.
Prior to PEP, he served as Controller of a private equity E&P sponsor with over $1.5 billion in assets under management. He was responsible for accounting, treasury, compliance, and fund operations. Prior to that, Andrew served as Controller a KKR-backed energy-focused hedge fund where he oversaw back and middle office operations. He started his career in the assurance practice at PwC LLP where he focused on publicly traded energy clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
