Jerry Goeden III is an Associate in the Corporate team at Pickering Energy Partners (PEP). Prior to PEP, he was a Deals Senior Associate in PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory group (CMAAS). His work in CMAAS focused on the technical accounting and financial reporting for SPACs, IPOs, and traditional M&A across SaaS, Aerospace & Defense, and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining CMAAS, he was in PwC’s Specialized Tax Services where he worked on custom database solutions for long-lived assets.
He holds a BBA in Accounting and a BS in EMIS from Southern Methodist University. He is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas and is a CFA charterholder.
